Terms and Conditions

mydL creations agrees to fulfil the requirements of the customer in accordance with written specifications supplied by the customer to mydL creations.

Ownership of the goods ordered by the customer will remain property of mydL creations until such time as full payment has been made and cleared. 

mydL creations are not and cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions that have been approved by you and have not been brought to our attention prior to the start of production.

mydL creations will not accept the return of any goods unless the return is as a result of a failure of mydL creations.

Any items that have been embroidered or printed on, cannot be returned unless it is has been incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty. For this reason it is important that you are careful when you submit any logos or designs and that you check the proof provided is satisfactory.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any PPE unless it is deemed to be faulty.

mydL creations will always only use trusted courier services, however if your parcel was lost in transit we will arrange for replacement for any lost items.

mydL creations is only responsible for items up until they are delivered to your premises.
